Introduction

"Robert has the eyes and feel to know what each person needs next. In a quiet but powerful way his encouragement is unfailing. My patients consistently refer to his precision, his dedication, his example and his professionalism. I couldn't agree more. Perhaps most impressive to me is that he remains a humble student of the discipline he is so skilled at teaching." — Dr. Stephen Katz, D.C.

YOGA is the practice of harmonizing our body, senses, mind, heart and breath with the natural and divine forces that support our being.

To harmonize with these forces Yoga provides various techniques for bringing our unconscious physical and mental patterns into consciousness.

Once these unconscious patterns are made conscious we can alter them through deliberate action and liberate ourselves from the limitations these patterns impose.

The result is a natural and familiar sense of wholeness and well being.

ROBERT BROOK incorporates both his 12 years of teaching experience and his training as a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist in providing the highest quality personalized service to his students and clients. His teaching and guidance is always conveyed with the utmost compassion, respect and professionalism.

Robert offers a range of different class and session structures to suit a variety of individual needs and sensibilities. His classes range form general group classes to more specialized therapeutic classes to highly personalized individual sessions.
